By enrolling in the Hush Medical Spa Bronze VIP Membership, I authorize Hush Medical Spa to charge my payment method on file $59 each month.
This membership requires a minimum commitment of three consecutive months. After the initial three-month term, the membership continues month to month and may be canceled at any time before the next scheduled billing date. Payments already processed are nonrefundable.
Each monthly payment is credited to my Hush Wallet for eligible Hush Medical Spa products and services. Unused wallet funds remain in my account until used, including after cancellation. Wallet funds do not expire, have no cash value, and cannot be redeemed or refunded for cash.
While active and current, Bronze VIP benefits include:
Membership-only pricing, discounts, included services, credits, points, and other perks are available only while the membership is active and payments are current. If the membership is canceled, suspended, or delinquent, these benefits end. Any remaining Hush Wallet balance stays available but will be used at regular, nonmember pricing.
Included services and membership benefits do not roll over unless specifically stated. Discounts are not cumulative; the best eligible discount applies. Gift cards are excluded from membership discounts.
One functional neurotoxin unit means one unit of Botox or Jeuveau, or three units of Dysport. All treatments are subject to medical evaluation, provider approval, availability, and separate treatment consent.
