As long as you remain a VIP member at any level, Hush money remains in your account to spend on any product or service offered by Hush Medical Spa or Lazar Medical Group. You can pause your membership for up to three months once per calendar year and the money stays parked in your wallet. If you need take a break from membership longer than that, spend it on anything we offer, including gift cards, before your membership becomes inactive.

What happens if no treatment is recommended after my initial lab work?
If your lab results indicate that no medical treatment is needed at this time, you may choose to cancel your monthly membership. Your $400 initiation fee covers the comprehensive initial evaluation and interpretation, but you are not obligated to continue monthly payments if treatment is not indicated.
Is the $400 initiation fee refundable?
The initiation fee covers the cost of your comprehensive lab panel, physician review, and medical consultation, and is non-refundable. However, if no ongoing care is recommended, you will not be billed for monthly membership fees unless you opt to continue wellness monitoring.
Can I use HSA or FSA funds for the membership?
Many clients are able to use Health Savings Accounts (HSA) or Flexible Spending Accounts (FSA) for medically supervised services, including labs and consultations. We recommend confirming eligibility with your HSA/FSA provider. We are happy to provide detailed receipts upon request.
What labs are included in the initial evaluation?
Our comprehensive wellness panel typically includes testosterone levels, CBC, CMP, lipid panel, thyroid screening, and other markers of overall health. Your provider will customize the lab order based on your individual needs.
What if I already have recent lab work?
If you have completed appropriate labs within the past 60 days, your provider may accept those results for review, and the initiation fee may be adjusted accordingly at our discretion. Please contact our office for details.
